We will see more house listings come on the market this summer, as buyers will want to sell their house before committing to another.

The lower priced homes will sell faster, and prices will increase faster than the upper brackets. This still depends on how supply increases, and whether mortgage rates remain steady or decrease. We expect inventories to increase and mortgage rates to drop below today’s level. All in all, we are leaning into an average market whereas the past several years abnormally favored sellers.
