“Sooner or later, if people are to be healed, they must learn that the entirety of one’s adult life is a series of personal choices, decisions. If they can accept this totally, then they become free people. To the extent that they do not accept this, they will forever feel themselves victims.” M. Scott Peck, The Road Less Traveled.
Looking at leadership in America today, I wonder what’s going happen to people I love working with, those who want to live the dream and enhance their lifestyle.
Side-stepping politics and looking back 250 years, Americans lived with shared values. We believed in God, Family, Freedom, and the American Dream, which in large part is owing real estate.
Sadly, the Dream, to some extent, is blurred. It’s a complicated scenario for existing and hope-to-be homeowners. Inventories are slim, home values are mostly stagnant, mortgage rates are still rising, and cost of living is painful.
Harmonious with our ancestors, we work hard, take care of our families, and do the right things. All the while, our leaders keep us on a bumpy road with financial discord and poor vision for stability. We aren’t sure of what to do or when.
What we know, from historical data, owning a home is the right thing to do. Regardless of when purchased, it’s a good investment, and when it matches your lifestyle perfectly you’ll experience an abundance of joy.
Do you dream of a different home, yet unsure of the timing?
Market conditions aren’t changing soon. It’s a stark reality. So, is today the day you quit putting your life on hold? If it is, then grab on to that dream and make it happen. Life is too short not to embrace every moment.
Teaching you how to maximize your dollars, save you valuable time, and find peace of mind knowing you are doing the right thing at the right time, is what we do!
